1. Acceptance of these terms
These terms govern your use of cobalixnetwork.com and the comparison service provided on it. The website is operated by DIGITAL A.I. LAB LTD (company registration ΗΕ 432012, registered 10 March 2022). By submitting a form or otherwise using the site, you agree to these terms.
2. The service we provide
Cobalix Network helps households in Ireland compare electricity, gas, broadband and utility bundle options available from participating suppliers. We gather the information you provide, check it against current market offers, and present the results through a named advisor. We do not supply electricity, gas or broadband ourselves.
3. Eligibility and accurate information
Our service is intended for individuals aged 18 or over who hold, or are authorised to act on, a household electricity, gas or broadband account in Ireland. You agree to provide accurate and current information when using our comparison form, as inaccurate details may affect the quality of the comparison you receive.
4. No obligation to switch
Requesting a comparison does not commit you to switching supplier. Any decision to proceed with a switch is entirely yours, and is subject to the separate terms of the supplier you choose.
5. Fees
There is no charge to households for using Cobalix Network. We are compensated by participating suppliers when a comparison we facilitate results in a completed switch. This arrangement does not increase the price you are offered.
6. Third-party suppliers
Any contract for electricity, gas or broadband that results from a comparison is between you and the supplier you choose, not with DIGITAL A.I. LAB LTD. Supplier terms, pricing and service levels are set by that supplier and are outside our control.
7. Limitation of liability
We take reasonable care to keep pricing information accurate and current, but market rates can change and we cannot guarantee that every figure shown will exactly match a supplier's final offer. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DIGITAL A.I. LAB LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or reliance on comparison results, except where such liability cannot be excluded under Irish or Cypriot law.
8. Intellectual property
The design, text, graphics and underlying code of cobalixnetwork.com are the property of DIGITAL A.I. LAB LTD or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our service or legal requirements. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised, and continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to DIGITAL A.I. LAB LTD's place of registration, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you under Irish law as the consumer's country of residence.
